Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company and our clients. You will be responsible for closing sales deals, maintaining good customer relationships, and playing a vital role in driving business growth.

The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of marketing and sales techniques, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and queries efficiently.

  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client information.

  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences when needed.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and competitors’ activities.


Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate or equivalent.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Aptitude in delivering engaging presentations and product demos.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.
